The Official Gene Watson Site was absolutely thrilled to announce that Gene Watson & the Queen of
Bluegrass Rhonda Vincent had made the
second ballot for the CMA Awards
nominations! Their beautiful duet 'Together again' from Gene's highly
acclaimed 'In a Perfect World' album is up for the Country Music
Association's Vocal Event of the Year.
Voting members of the CMA were
advised to consider this song in that
category. There were only 20 songs
that made it that far
from all of the country releases
released in 2008 so regardless of a final win, this
was a great honour
for Gene Watson & Rhonda Vincent.
A tribute to their beautiful music!
