to give away of Gene Watson's 'In
a Perfect World' in a special online competition which ran
between Wednesday 1 August 2007 & Wednesday 5 September 2007.
‘In a Perfect World’ was
Gene Watson’s first album for Shanachie
Records & was officially released on Tuesday 25 September 2007.
‘In a Perfect World’ was
one of the more important country music releases of 2007 & featured
guest vocals from six of the country music industry’s hottest talents.
The 5 lucky winners, who each received a signed copy of Gene Watson's ‘In
a Perfect World’, were drawn randomly from a 'cowboy
hat' in Nashville on Tuesday 18 September 2007;
winners were subsequently listed thus on the
Gene Watson Fan Site on Wednesday 19 September 2008:
